Should be called false image. Booked my car in for 2 weeks time went to take it in on the day to be told I sent you a message yesterday yes on my other phone" said there was a family emergency (fair enough can't be helped I thought) baring in mind its first thing in the morning and he's dressed in overalls and covered in paint. When I got home listened to message on phone. Oh I've had to cancel all work for the next few days so can't do your car as I've had to close due to family emergency. Well that wasn't really true was it! And obviously didn't expect me to turn up the next day. A day off work wasted (lost wages) hire car hired to get me by while work was carried out (more money wasted) he also promised to get me booked back in still waiting for that call obviously felt embarrassed as he knew he had been caught out. Total liar who was recommended by someone else who I've told what happened and has now said he won't be passing any more work to him either. Shame on him really as I get loads of work done on my cars but certainly won't be using this cowboy."

Took my ford fiesta in to auto image for scuffs and scratches paint job was excellent customer service was fantastic to would highly recommend .

Very Poor service had my car for over 2 Mouths No work Done!. He has some sort of mental health problems !
