A very good job at a very good price. The technician was polite and efficient, when he came to the house last Thursday, quickly identifying the problem with our spare key, and because it did not need to be replaced the cost was reduced.

All I can say is I echo the comments of many other reviews.Ash attended our home to programme a FOB we had purchased from Sytner for my wife’s Mini. It soon became one of those job’s we all have which won’t take long then becomes a nightmare. Ash tried to download updates which the cars system would not accept.Ash stayed cool and calm and was not concerned and his professional and personable manner assured me he would sort it, which after considerable time spent, he did.I work in the service industry, and we have a saying that you are only as good as your staff.From reading previous reviews it looks like Ash is not the only credit to the company including the telephone manner of the office staff.I will certainly recommend this company whenever I can.Well done all.Gary

Wont look at using 3D Autokeys in the future. Contacted them for a quote for a fob, they quoted, started the booking process to then inform me they will be unable to carry out the work. Why quote when you cannot do the job.
