Had a leaking washing machine. Called Busy Bees and spoke to Sonia. Agreed the time and date and Sonny arrived within the stipulated time.He is friendly and knowledgeable and happy to explain what he’s doing and why. He made sure that I was aware of the cost.Sonny was efficient in the repair and went above and beyond with ensuring the filter was throughly cleaned and the machine itself was cleaned.I’m very happy with the repair and the repairer and would have no hesitation in using Busy Bees again.

I highly recommend Busy Bee Repairs. I rang at Midday today as my grandfathers washing machine was broken. Sonia who took my call was very professional and explained the fees and said she would do her best to get an engineer to me. The engineer ( Sonny) arrived at 2pm to fix the machine and was done by 2.45pm. He was professional, knowledgeable and adhered to covid guidelines while in the house. He diagnosed the issue and repaired the machine in a timely manner. I will be using Busy Bee repairs in future. I was delighted that they were able to repair my machine on the same day ( within 3 hours!)Thank you Sonny and SoniaKind RegardsThomas

Great reliable communications leading up to the job (fan oven repair), which was booked in incredibly fast.The repair itself was carried out with a smile and at a very reasonable price, he even fixed a broken oven handle for free while there!All round a great experience with an established company that clearly knows about the importance of good customer service.

Didn’t book an appointment or even give any indication of us wanting to go through with oven repair and told them ‘no’ on our second phone call (after multiple times of them trying to contact us and us not responding hoping they’d get the message) yet turned up to our doorstep practically begging for our business. Really strange and discomforting
