I purchased a property that Karen was the agent for and was delighted with her service. As a buyer you often feel left out of the agents priorities with very little done to assist you in getting information or helping push the sale forwards. Karen worked very hard for both parties keeping everyone up to date and offering advice when needed. Everyone knows the names of the larger high street estate agents but sometimes the better more personal service comes from the smaller ones. If you are looking to buy a property being marketed by Karen Seager you know you will be looked after throughout the process and not forgotten as soon as the offer is accepted. Highly recommended and after nearly 25 years in the property game I don't say that often.

A few months ago my partner and I were looking to purchase our first home, being sold through Karen's estate agency.The process should have been fairly quick and straight forward. However, due to no fault of Karen's, the process wasn't an easy one and ended up taking a painfully long time - due to seller's circumstances and our slow and unreachable solicitor.This was an unbelievably stressful time for us. I must say, had it not been for Karen - who continuously updated and explained things to us, chased solicitors and always made herself reachable - I think we would have lost all hope.Karen is a brilliant estate agent who went out of her way for us and fortunately, we did get our lovely home.
