Absolutely amazing place , so peaceful and relaxing

Just home after spending a weekend in the Chalet, very clean very modern, breakfast pack was lovley even homemade pancakes, both Anne and Allison were lovley hosts very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, even Anne loaned us £20 for our Chinese delivery as the Chinese was cash only and we only had our cards lol, both were lovely when meeting our dog they even brought him treats over, the hot tub was fab, will definitely be back for a weekend break ❤

Just home from Poppys place with my two little friends, what a relaxing stay, very dog friendly, Anne was very welcoming, mind of info if travelling out daily, good place just to chill, large field to walk dogs and a small enclosed lot field for the dark evenings. Simply fabulous location and chalet. Ann the host is very friendly and greeted us on arrival. Lots of lovely touches...home made pancakes, a loaf, some milk, butter and lots more. What a great find.

I was looking forward to booking here for a little family break but I was unsure of the process with booking an infant (1 year old) and if we can bring our own travel cot for him to sleep in. I have tried contacting pirnie lodge upwards of 3 times but still no further on since my enquiry on the 27th February apart from false promises of being told ‘we will reply to your message this evening’. Makes you doubtful if the booking will go ahead. Hosts need to work on their communication. Disappointing because it looked a lovely place.

Beautiful location, immaculate accommodation, fantastic wee find if getting away from it all is what you are looking for… but with only a 20 min drive to pick up that cheeky bottle of holiday wine.Anne, the host is very down to earth welcoming and friendly .A nice touch with the welcome pack of coffees bread and fruit juice to get you started…. And a very thoughtful home made tablet take away.The views from the outside seating are great, and our lab pup Kimbo loved the field on the doorstep…. For a change a place that does what it says on the tin (Great wi fi -a must for the box sets) and a fully equipped kitchen, with everything we needed.
