Was in at the weekend with my Mum and the service was exceptional. They made my Mum feel like a million dollars and can’t wait to see her in her dress. Excellent customer service, nothing was too much for these girls. Patience of saints and it was their choice of dresses my Mum loved, we would never have chosen them, they really do know their stuff and she got her dress and hat and even had her shoes and bag dyed to match. Would not go anywhere else.

I am slightly disappointed. My mother phoned ahead to ask if I needed to make an appointment to be told by the owner no. I walked into the shop to be told I should have made an appointment but will be seen too. I had a very helpful lady. I tried on a couple of dresses. There was one I liked in particular but wasn’t 100%. She told me to look at the price tag. Which annoyed me a lot as I know the price of dresses in a high end dress boutique. She put me off and I left without a dress as she made me feel uncomfortable. Sadly. Lovely shop. I was served by a lovely lady but the older staff looked down on me.

Was very nervous going dress shopping today as I don’t wear dresses often. Caroline made my shopping experience very enjoyable and put me at ease.She was extremely patient and helpful making suggestions and it was actually one of the dresses she suggested that I bought.I went in not knowing what I wanted but she helped me find a dress that I felt good in.All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Had the most amazing experience here today (MOB and MOG), Josephine was brilliant, and helped ensure we both left with the most gorgeous dresses and MOB hatinator. All the ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming, can't recommend them enough. Thank you Frox of Falkirk

I have visited the store twice recently for a wedding outfit. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I had a first class experience on both occasions. On my second visit I had my elderly mother in law who has limited mobility. Again the staff worked round her needs and demonstrated patience, kindness and understanding. Excellent staff and wonderful shop.

Cannot thank Fiona and Lesley of Frox of Falkirk enough. My sister was shopping for a mother of the groom outfit and was really anxious about finding something that would suit. Fiona spent so much time and attention on her and dressed her in a stunning dress with matching accessories. The selection of dresses and special occasion outfits was second to none and I also chose a beautiful dress and matching accessories. Thank you to all for your care in making us feel like a million dollars on the special day x

Impeccable service from such lovely, welcoming and friendly ladies. We had the pleasure of an appointment with Josephine for MOB dress shopping. To say this lady is an expert in her field would be an understatement, she is a genius... as I told her at the appointment! Josephine was happy to help with all requests, she was patient and informative of all styles / designs.And her banter wasn't too bad either.All the ladies in the shop were excellent, my mum has now bought two MOB outfits from the shop and wouldn't pass it for any future occasion wear.Thanks again ❤️

Took my mum through frox of Falkirk this afternoon from Dunfermline to look for an outfit for my nieces wedding in 2 weeks time. Didn’t realise that you had to make an appointment. But the lovely ladies welcomed us in and were very helpful with my mum whose suffered with ill health recently. They were very patient and accommodating and mum left with a lovely 2 piece set. Thank you so much for all your help in findig my mum the perfect outfit and for your time and consideration by inviting us in instead of turning us away because we didn’t book.
