My pilates sessions with Vera are always dynamic, entertaining and centred on my goals and limitations. She is an excellent professional that motives me to achieve a healthy body and mind through movement. What I like the most is that her classes are varied with equipment, mat, ball, weights and loop bands that are used to help me achieve my aim goal without boring me so much =) I highly recommend her to anyone who want to maintain or improve their health!

Vera awakened the taste for physical activity in me. She is brilliant. She has a wonderful eye for spotting wrong lines of posture. She knows every muscle in the human body. We've been together for over a year and my body has changed a lot. I am very happy.
