HIGHLY RECOMMEND - We had a damp proof course done on our entire bottom floor and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. There was clear communication throughout, we even asked for additional work to be done very last minute and Lee and the team were very understanding and got on with it without a fuss! The operatives were very punctual, friendly and always tidied up after themselves. The re- plastering provided an excellent finish to the walls. A definite recommendation to anyone requiring their service.

Following a damp survey Lee was very communicative and helpful and worked with me to find dates that would work for me to carry out the work I needed. We recently found what we thought could be rising damp in our home. A surveyor came out and explained in detail what was causing the problem and what needed doing to rectify it. He also explained how to save on the costs by doing some of the work ourselves, which was straight forward.The workmen were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.We are very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend.We did get a couple of quotes from other local firms but were left unimpressed.

From the survey through to the work been done I was always kept informed, very professional company. They even did a bit of extra work at late notice for no extra charge.

Had a damp survey done today on my property!The gentleman conducting the survey on the behalf of the landlord was simply unprofessional and disinterested; he walked around tapping the walls and completed his ‘survey’ whilst on the phone joking with assuming colleagues or friends.I was promised a full survey including specialist equipment (thermal imaging equipment) to put my mind at ease!I simply can’t comprehend how damp can be assessed and evaluated based on a knock on a wall for 45 seconds.I showed him pictures of wood lice and mould mites and he simply stated ‘google how to get rid of them’Absolutely cowboy!I would hate to be the one paying for the survey!!
