Flower Maid

Recently started using Flower Maid after many years of different agencies and cleaners who were invariably unreliable. They are by far the best with the highest standards. The staff are very conscientious and thorough and also polite and pleasant. Would definitely recommend them.

Best things for me was the fact that I paid fixed price to get the job done, cleaners always came as team of two and they showed good attention to details. I made a complaint to the company about the cleaners locking one of my cats in the closet, where she stayed for 4 hours and peed all over. The customer service response was to accuse me of lying, blame my nanny for locking the cat and cancelling (!) the service. I guess there are just too many people needing cleaning for them to value a customer. And overall my experience was not particular great. The cleaners were not reliable on time when they showed up and made it difficult for me to arrange my day with a new baby. It was different people every time, and sometimes the entire team was new, so I had to repeat instructions. A lot of them don't speak English well enough to understand cleaning instructions.

Brilliant job. The house sparkles and the inside of the appliances are like new. Booked the clean in with just a couple of days notice and the price was very reasonable. Thank you.

Each person I have worked with has been so lovely, does an incredible job, and is trustworthy. Evelina is bright, bubbly, and reliable, and if you need anything she's there to help with a smile on her face.
