Lancaster Tyres | 24hr Mobile Tyre Fitting

Had a blow out on motorway - very scary. Phoned this lot and got told to look at the website to see if they had the tyres we needed in stock. Asked if he was not prepared to help me over the phone as I was at the side of the road and he said it'll be quicker if you do it yourself. Looked at the website and the £500 worth of rare tyres were in stock. Rang back and asked if they'd fit them if we could get the spare tyre on and drive over. Answer no were too busy....too busy to turn away £500 sale. What is the world coming to? Absolutely no interest in helping to serve a customer in a tight spot. Suggest you find someone who understands customer service to answer the phone.

Had an accident with my car while driving through the Lake District. Was lucky to have found them. Joe was very helpful, accommodating and courteous. He can out with a new tyre promptly and fit it on the spot. I believe his prices were very reasonable and more importantly his dealing was excellent!

Great service from Lancaster tyres, they were quick and very professional, on how they went about the job . I would recommend Lancaster tyres . I am sat in Kwick fit at the moment with a problem with the tyres they fitted only 2 weeks ago . I wish I would have known Lancaster tyres. I won’t use anyone else.
