The Sugar Wax Bar

I had a hollywood sugaring treatment with Koko and can’t recommend her highly enough. It was fast, fairly painless and had great chats with Koko. She definitely has earned the title Sugar Queen - I’ve had sugaring elsewhere in the past and Koko made it far more pleasant, painless and smooth.

Firstly there was a confusion about my booking as I asked if they have cancellation I can come earlier which was taken as I want to reschedule my appointment and when I turned up no one was there and so was told on the phone that the lady is somewhere else with a client and can be back within an hour. Came back waited for 30mins, called- no answer. I live near by so went back home. Got a message that she’s back. Went again as I really wanted to have it done. When I got there she told me she can’t get into the room as she only rents it and they change the code to it so she can’t see me unless in my place which couldn’t happen because of my living conditions. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I could understand the misunderstanding and rescheduling the appointment- that happens but I wasted 2h going back and forth and still haven’t been seen.

Koko was very professional and left me happy with soft and clean arms and legs. Amazed I found someone who does sugaring to be honest and with her high spirits it was a positive overall experience. She puts you at ease so would highly recommend Koko

Koko is the sugar queen! First time sugaring and she made me feel so comfortable, she is a lovely person and a great therapist. I had a high bikini and it was virtually painless. Not only is it completely natural but Koko also puts pure aloe Vera (as in from the plant) on after. Most of waxers give zero aftercare. Can safely say I Will never wax again and will definitely be going back to Koko for my sugaring treatments. Thank you Koko!!

I came across the sugaring wax bar yesterday, Coco could see I was slightly anxious about whether it would hurt and she kept me talking to keep me distracted. Sugaring is a natural hair removal technique and coco was great the process was quick and not as painful as waxes that I have previously had. I'd definitely recommend Coco, I'll be heading back to see her in a months time.

A wonderful sugaring experience with Koko. She was super quick, friendly and knows what’s she’s doing. Highly recommend her, one of the best sugar waxing experience I’ve had in London after months of searching. Will be going back for sure!

They don't call her the Sugar Queen for nothing! A great sugaring experience, I've recently been on the hunt for a new sugaring salon and I can stop searching now. Koko is friendly, efficient, thorough and she knows what she is doing. The sugar she uses is also very good to your skin - I have sensitive skin and I had no redness afterwards. Very happy - thank you Sugar Queen! I will be back :)

First time doing sugar waxing, the lady was very nice and welcoming. She explained where sugar waxing comes from, and talked me through the process. She made me feel at rest and very comfortable. Loved the aloe Vera at the end as I'm believer in natural products

I was pleasantly surprised by how pain free sugaring would be, and the great conversation was an added bonus really helping me to distract me from the physical side of things. This was my first time ever having a waxing experience so I waited a few days to really believe what I was advised would happen during my appointment. It's amazing, I am smoother than I have ever been and the extra tips for exfoliation and new hair growth have been the cherry on top! Cant wait to book again. Thank you so much !!
