This garage is simply the best. I have a rather elderly VW POLO and the instrument cluster failed. I spoke to Raj at the garage and he advised me to get a used like for like replacement as VW do no longer keep them. I found one on e-bay and the very clever Raj and his team managed to programme it to work in my car. The car is back in use and all working as it should thanks to Raj.

Raja and the Team could not have done more to help. Our SQ7 was due some servicing, when I spoke to Raja I asked for some out of band service items (gearbox/diff) to be completed as well as a general check over. On the first day he called and ran through what the car needs asap, what it might need in the near future and what to keep in mind long term. Listening to his explain the intricacies of what’s needed and why shows just how well they know their stuff, down to the finest detail. Exceptionally clean shop, waiting area and building. Very very competitive pricing considering their specialities.

I have been using Raj and his team for 30 years now. Trustworthly, reliable, always lets you know how much its going to be first. Friendly team.Thanks Raj always there in emergencies too.

Brought my Audi a4 in when everyone else tried to quote astronomical prices to fix my damaged gearbox.These specialists were fantastic, 1 call, booked in straight away with a very reasonable quote, and had the car fixed within a very short amount of time.Customer service was fantastic, and made every effort to save me as much money as possible.Would highly recommend!

Took my RS4 to them with engine management faults! Raj took the time to diagnose the fault while i was there and explained the problem to me in full!They then ordered the parts and kept me informed of the progress! Was really hard to find reliable vw/audi specialists in Hertfordshire and because of reviews decided to try them. Cam belt replacement has been done £250 cheaper then main dealer on my Vw Tiguan using genuine parts. They took Vw Transporter T6 for flywheel/clutch replacement on saturday so i can carry on with my work van on monday and quote was below other local specialist.Now i will be moving my two cars from WGC independent to Hitchin for servicing

Having read other google reviews I was confident in taking my vehicle to this garage to run some diagnostics and to recode a second key.Raja and the team were able to fit me in at relatively short notice and tend to the issues quickly. The price paid was fair and the service was excellent. I would recommend this garage to anyone looking for a great service at very fair prices. I’ll definitely be using VW/Audi Specialists again when the next service is due
