Incredibly caring and attentive staff. My cats aren’t with this veterinary practice as I live miles away in Worcestershire, however, when Amy at Rosemary Avenue noticed there was a problem with my cat’s microchip number, she went over and beyond to ensure it was brought to my attention and that Frasier (my cat) was kept safe. A very high level of customer service - even for someone who is not a customer! If only they were closer to me. I would recommend their service without a doubt.

Calm and friendly service. Mostly on-street parking, not easy.Very impressed to see nightlights and notice asking patrons to kindly respect that some people were saying goodbye to their pet at that time.

This vets practice is the best I have ever taken one of my cats to. The receptionists are friendly, welcoming and supportive. The head vet, Roman, is amazing. He is knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Unfortunately he treated my last cat for several illnesses including at the end of her life which was a particularly difficult condition. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I am so very grateful to him.

My large dog, buddy suffered a bad cut to his ear, Amy the Manager sorted us out to be seen urgently in the staff break, Dr Fatima Muhammad cut her lunch short to see us and make sure Buddy got seen straight away.Both of them put my nerves at ease and ensured Buddy got the best possible care.Whenever Buddy has a problem I will no doubt bring him to Rosemary Avenue despite the hour long distance because I know here he will recieve the best possible care.

I take my bunny here and the vet is very gentle with him. Which is good as he's quite timid by nature. From my experience they give advice instead of saying that the patient needs tests or ops doing which I'd really nice and refreshing

Excellent vet practice who really provide the best care without trying to get more money out of you unnecessarily which I've experienced with other vets. Lovely staff & highly recommended!
