Very poor meal. Had the New McCrispy chicken burger. Looked nothing like the photo on the menu, was dry, didn’t have much lettuce or mayo. Burger bun was as burnt and to top it off my fries were lukewarm. Only plus was the banana milkshake was nice. Had the same meal from Longton McDonald’s a week earlier and it was perfect. From now on I’m driving the few extra miles to purchase it from there.

On this occasion I went through the drive thru. Staff were pleasant over mic and I was given our drinks and asked to wait in a bay which I did. We tasted our drink, coke zero and it tasted off and weird. I took the drinks in and the member of staff apologised and said she would replace. I heard her ask a member of staff about the coke zero which the reply was he had previously asked someone else to change it. While I was waiting I saw a member of staff show frustration with other customers. Another customer had queried about a problem with their order and it became apparent that the staff member was frustrated. After around 5 minutes I thanked the staff for my replacement drinks and went back to the car. When I got there the food had been delivered but we received no chips so I then had to go back inside to ask for missing items. When I went back in there were 2 other customers who were clearly not happy with their service. I've given 2 stars for the person who served over mic for pleasant service and for the poor young girl who tried to help me and sorted my missing items, she was close to tears. I told her it would get better and thanked her. I understand it can be hard at busy periods and I can accept that to a point but obviously it is expected at a place like mcdonalds. I just hope some staff will be more mindful on how they treat and talk to and in front of customers and to other members of staff too.

We went through the drive through after initially not being able to park. Service was good and quick, food was cooked well and the chips were nice and hot!Parking is very limited and a bit awkwardly shaped, but we managed to get a spot in the end.Not a bad stop before a long drive home.

You either love em or hate em I'm in the later . If there burgers come out hot I think I'd change my mind , I can't remember ever having a hot or even warm one , yes I keep going back but only because of the kids , nice fries and milkshake though .Tiny carpark bring taken up my 2 car chargers and the constant flow of just eat delivery drivers making it a nightmare for parking and slowing everything down inside aswell as they seem to get priority

Stopped by there on the other day for grab a lunch with my mate. Even not fan of fast food but thought would be good for a quick bite. Placed our order via their electronic menu board which I can say it is very handy and helpful thing for the place. Gone with MC plant meal, can say that it was okay not something mouthwatering thing. Wasn't crowded time as McDonald's got busy most of the time. I was taking some pics for my review, one of staff members shouted at me for taking pics, I told her as local guide need few pics for my review regarding this place. She understands that.

Helou i am 64 yr old man from country russia. i came to england country to get away from my veri ogly wife. She very meanie to me and may children alwais beatin my kids becaus they no work in the mines. May friend Emile telled me that engfland good spot for good laif. Everyday i waking up and drinking 5 glass of goat milk so i can stay strongest in this new climate. I do not like the british road workers because they always litle kids who want eating ciggaret and drinking the alchohol and they threatening me YEVGENI WIth killinggs me with kNife. Always busy however always clean. Young staff seem pre occupied and not customer focussed. I have had 5 missing items orders throughout the past year, 2 checked at the window, 2 when I got home and had to return and 1 from a delivery. Getting things rectified is not an issue. Over all the place is well maintained, ladies and disabled bathrooms clean, front of counter staff friendly and helpful.

Food is excellent. And customer service is excellent. But Trish is the stand out member of staff no offence to anyone else but she is the the perfect customer care member for McDonald's. Other branches could do with a Trish or Trish train another Trish.

I spent 62 pounds on a delivery order for 6 of us waited over 45 minutes to then have all sauces that had been paid for and all fries with every meal missing and two meals missing also every burger that was delivered was stone cold to say disappointed would be a understatement especially when four children where excited to have a special treat to be completely let down. Huge improvement is needed
