Terrible experience. Please do not buy from this shop. The owner sold me a ponytail saying that matched my colour but he wouldn't let me trying on so when I went home I realised that the colour was completely different than mine so I came back and he didn't want to exchange he charge me £30 for a terrible quality ponytail which I can't never use. Also is very expensive and very rude.

Loyal customer for over 25 years, even though I moved away i still come back to here until today. Closed! No change of times online to say it will be closed. Some places say 9am open on a satuday others say 9:30am. Well it's gone 9.30am shop still closed. I was originally shocked to see such low score for reviews now I understand why, the customer service is non existent. While standing here in the rain outside writing my review other people are pulling up in cars or walking up to shop expecting it to be open also. It's nothard to update online especially google for change of ours takes less than 5mins 2 mins even.

Selling items used (head clipper - blade). Trust me when i say this don't buy items from this shop at all. The blade is leaving marks on customers. The blade had like a dusty brown mark, I asked if anything goes wrong i could return it, all i got was The item was delivered like that from the supplier" what type of response was that?. £25 wasted. Product Second hand FOR SURE 100% (my colleague also agreed with me)."

By far the best African hair shop that I’ve been to. Shabba served me, and his customer service was excellent. He had an in-depth understanding of all the products, and was attentive to the type of products I wanted to purchase. Would strongly recommend this place for people who are looking for African hair products, and want to be served by people who actually understand the products.
