I recently purchased a car from this business and I must say nothing but praise for Shabaz and how he has ran the sale from start to finish.I missed out on a car and within a week he had found me the exact spec I was after and with the most competitive price.He was in contact with me around updates for the MOT and Service which was carried out before sale. Made the transaction seamless and the most at ease I have felt purchasing a car.Great customer service great communication skills and great purchase! Wouldn't recommend to anyone. I bought my first car from this dealer and I don't have anyone that knows cars around me, thought buying a car from a good dealer would be my best chance at an honest sale. I bought a £3,500 Mazda (2011) which has only lasted me one year due to SEVERE corrosion on the underside of the car. Unfortunately, I had mentioned a weird noise coming from the car to the dealer, but he said 'oh your tyre is a little low, get that filled and it'll be fine', noise was not fine, so I got tyres changed so that hopefully that would stop it. I trusted this and did so, on the first MOT which was only 6 months later (but warranty runs out after 3 months), sever corrosion was reported. I had been able to drive the vehicle since, but I am now a year later having to shell out £1100 to fix the issues... GO ANYWHERE ELSE, they don't care about the issues and will direct you to the warranty which unless you shell out more money for covers next to nothing. Now I might be out of a car and job as I rely on the car to get me to work.

AVOID PURCHASING A CAR FROM THIS COMPANYUPDATE....Our contact details have not changed. In fact i have had the same phone number for over 30 years...how strange.We have emailed since and received no response. We also provided evidence that the car was written off in Jan 2023, and we bought it from you late April 2023.If you don't want any kind of hassle after purchasing a car please do not use this company.This has been referred to a solicitor, the police and trading standards and now also the motor trade association for them to escalate this matter.The £5k car is currently sat on a drive as it is completely unusable.We bought a car in late April 2023, only to find that it had been a total loss claim. Paperwork however did not mention it and neither did the car search details Shabaz gave us. All the very prompt reponses you receive when purchasing, soon disappear when you have a problem. No response. The car was bought for 5k. It is actually worth 1k.

I bought a Mercedes from this company. Car was spot on, exactly as described. Shabaz dealt with all my enuqeries. I must have called up about 30 times with different questions before I came to see the car and he was always very helpful and accommodating. Aftercare was perfect. Follow-up call to see how I am getting on and even said he'd be interested in buying the car back whenever I'm ready to sell. Well reccomended!

Very good experience. I live far away and enquired about a car on a Sunday morning and within minutes was contacted and sent a video of the car. Within the video the salesman provided detail of any marks on the body/interior condition/tyre depths etc. I then went onto pay a deposit and await delivery for the vehicle. The car was MOT’d and serviced before it was delivered. Excellent turn around time and the vehicle was described exactly how I received it. Thank you The Motor Company.
