Really decent depot with good, helpful staff. Used to be a bit of a nightmare on the opening hours, but their new extended hours are really helpful and valuable to be able to collect your delivery. Easy to find, also.Massively appreciated how easy it is to deal with.

Typical example of the useless, incompetent mail service and they have the temerity to go on strike for more money. Wouldn't pay them in brass washers. I spent £50 on stamps. Had to wait 4 days for them to be delivered. They put the first class ones through the letter box and took the second class ones back to the sorting office, even though they would have easily fit through the box. This ridiculous action caused great inconvenience by me having to trail to the sorting office to collect them.

Brilliant extended opening hours and really quick to find my parcel. Lots of parking next door or across the road next to the old care home. Easily accessible by number 4 bus for anyone who doesnt drive too.

Collections are pretty straight forward and the staff are always accommodating and polite, although i would still prefer not to have to go to collect myself! This is the third time i have had to go collect something after the red card was shoved through my letter box when we were home and no one heard the doorbell OR a knock! Every other delivery person will give us a chance to answer , or , either leaves the parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour but i think this must be too much of a delay for Royal Mail! It seems they are ok with letters but useless with parcels!
