I went in shortly before close, Mark and Alex helped me out when I needed screws for my tv stand. Very grateful for their help and they didn’t charge me, would absolutely recommend for their service alone. Plan to return to buy some equipment soon.

Been buying audio equipment from here since I first got a hifi and now my TVs too. Never bought from anywhere else so I think you can understand how brilliant this shop is. Great staff and so knowledgeable combined with best prices.

Be careful with their 5 year guarantee, I was told I would be given a brand new like for like tv if anything went wrong with mine. When something did go wrong they decided to write off and dispose of my tv (without telling me) and then offer me a credit note of much less value towards a new tv, leaving me with having to pay a lot of money to make up the difference, after much complaining I got nowhere and was forced to take a much lesser quality tv, would never trust Richersounds again after this

Always has friendly, knowledgeable staff. The stores are able to reserve items they have in stock for pick-up and the prices are generally hard to beat. Picked up a set of desk speakers on an amazing Black Friday deal after reserving on the phone and have previously bought other amps and hifi separates.Well worth signing up for the email newsletters for the best deals.

Wonderful place, great staff, excellent service. Explained what I wanted (headphones that I could use wirelessly but connected to my NAD C 350 amp). Pointed to the sennheiser set straight away. Tried them out. Guy checked that they had a set AND adapter in the warehouse, I paid, and they were delivered by 9.30 the next morning. Thoroughly recommend.

Steve at the store was really friendly and help (as were the rest of the team). After making a few different purchases, we have also been emailing regarding other items of equipment that we want to know stuff about and they have always been super up front and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful salesman, recognised I wasn’t quite ready to make a TV purchase as I was on a fact-finding mission and therefore simply talked me through the panels on display. I will be going back to make my purchase there soon.
