Our recent visit to Lakeside Tui was very successful thanks to the help of Leah. She was very patient and thorough with our holiday search providing excellent customer service. I wrote about my honest experience with TUI and they have deleted and blocked me on Facebook as it wasn’t the 5 stars they asked for from you when you book in store. Don’t book with them, quick to take your money but once you’ve returned from holiday, they will not want to help with the issues you’ve had abroad.Worst store, will never use lakeside again. Zero customer service skills.Travelled to Egypt, their recommendation, was sick 5 out of the 10 days, tui does not want to acknowledge this issue.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, we booked our wedding here and made us feel so welcome and special. Will always book in this store going forward. Any issues along the way has been a quick call and no stress. We didn’t really know what we wanted going in to book and Georgia helped us find the perfect hotel for our wedding. It can be overwhelming with so much choice now a days, so very reassuring having a professional point of call. Excellent customer service from all members of the team.

Rhys and Alice were incredible! Ever so helpful with assisting with our issue with our online booking. Once we had exhausted all options, they suggested alternatives for us to book instead. Highly recommend as they were so patient and helpful.
