De Vere Care Partnership
Honestly some of the most caring, passionate and brilliant carers. The best service as a young client like myself; I wouldn’t have been able to survive without the carers. The carers in particular, Dipesh, is so good, to the point where I had contacted the carers and told them if an incident that had just occurred and he ran to my aid and did the job exceedingly well and efficiently, I really appreciated the hard work and went above and beyond for me. I am indebted towards him and the other carers for their support and care. I can’t thank them enough!

Utterly shocking with evidence to prove it.Putting the vulnerable at risk take a close look. They are still using pro as carer's so unqualified untrained illegal have been in court for this matter previously.

Very helpful, nice and friendly staff. Patient and caring made good relations whilst helping us. The office staff very responsive and helpful too.Would look more professional if staff had some type of uniform to take it that step further.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. Avoid at all costs!Unprofessional, unreliable, incorrect record keeping, no respect for the client. No assessment or care plan provided despite requesting many times.Couldn't wait to get rid.

Very poor experience. I have cancelled contract.Staff don't introduce themselves and don't check that they have the right patient. 3 different teams arrived, no uniforms. Staff walk in wearing gloves no plastic pini for stoma care or other personal care.No care plan. No handover notes. Carerwashed patient and then went to pull soaking incontinence pad back up patient pointed out floor was wet with urine, carer did not clean it.

Please stay away from this company. They say all the right things at the initial meeting but then fail to deliver on even the simplest standards of care. The lack of care and respect from both the office and the carers is astounding. They are here very much here for the money, despite what their office staff and website might say. Your family member is just a money making tool. From our first meeting we were lied to about the level of service and care provided. We were told that there was minimal male carers so it’s unlikely that we would receive one. If we did, they would not do personal care but would instead administer medication etc. Instead, a male carer was preset at every call in the 3 week period that we endured devere. Not only this, they were providing personal care, whether my nan wanted them to or not.We were told there was an app where we could see notes from every visit my nan received. What we were not told is that not every staff member uses that app, so most days we had no idea if a carer had even turned up, let alone given my nan her correct medication etc.Every carer that we received was young and obviously deeply inexperienced. They turned up whenever they wanted to, the office had no idea or control over their timings. They showed no interest in their client, they just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible and get out.The carers do not have a clue about the basics of food hygiene, incredibly worrying for vulnerable people that they care for. They store food incorrectly and dispose of soiled bedding etc. in kitchen bins where food is prepared. Some carers struggled with English which was very detrimental to my nan who has dementia. They couldn’t speak the language well enough to reassure her about who they was or what they were doing. Dementia sufferers need a great deal of reassurance which is not given, they were complete strangers in her house as far as she was aware! Please please avoid them at all costs, I would hate another vulnerable person to be left in their very incapable hands. We were lucky that we paid such close attention to nans care, I despair for the people that do not have family members to protect them from Devere. The office level staff are friendly and welcoming but have no idea how awful their carers or company is, they have no control whatsoever and rely on lies to keep the company going.
