Nat is absolutely incredible. She is professional, friendly and so welcoming. She talked me through the process of a treatment I hadn't had before and put me completely at ease. I loved that she really took the time to get to know me, answer all my questions and help with my nerves! I'm so glad I found Nat and won't be going anywhere else for anything beauty related! Her salon is beautiful and such a calming environment. Natalie is an absolute star and I can't wait to book in for more treatments x

I had an amazing luxury facial with Natalie, the cabin was warm and calming and the treatment was incredibly relaxing! My facial included a head, neck and shoulder massage which was wonderful. I'm transfem and finally worked up the courage to get my brows shaped. After a heap of research I found Rowan RetreatI'm very happy I did. The results where excellent.This is a safe space and Natalie is awesome!Now I can finally start working through a long list of other beauty treatments =P

I found Natalie after searching for ages to find someone to wax and shape my eyebrows after I had a few bad experiences at other places I was worried but Natalie has been great my eyebrows have never looked so good I have never been anywhere else since. I have also had a few facials with Natalie and to say they are amazing is an understatement! I would definatly recommend rowan retreat.

I have been looking for someone to give me a dermaplane facial for quite a while and found Natalie whilst looking on Facebook. Her website is so informative and when I text her to ask her about the treatment she took the time to explain all of the options in great detail and was happy to answer all of my silly questions. I love the little touches, like the fact she text me a link to pre and post skincare. On the day, she was so welcoming, chatty, warm and such a genuinely lovely person. The treatment was absolutely fantastic and my skin feels incredible. I can't wait to go back and see her again for more treatments!

I cannot recommend Natalie enough, she is such a find. I was rather tentative about having my eyebrows and lashes tinted. However the care and attention she gave to me as a person and the task in hand was exemplary. I feel I can really trust her and am looking forward to further treatments. My experience was absolutely tip top, top notch, I highly recommend.

I had a back, shoulder, neck, scalp and face massage and it was truly excellent. Natalie clearly knows what she's doing. She made me feel totally at ease and the massage was both relaxing and cleared all the knots in my shoulders (at my request). The hour I was in there slipped by in no time. I cannot recommend Rowan Retreat highly enough!
