Been training with Chris for a couple years now and can’t thank him enough for all his help. Support and guidance. Strength, fitness and confidence have all improved. Always a great atmosphere in the training sessions. Both Allen and Chris are very knowledgeable & only want the best for their clients. If your looking for 1-2-1 training or bootcamp, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Allen and Learn to Lift training have been outstanding for me in developing my lifting techniques to unlock strength I never thought I had.Allen has created such a positive environment with his coaching either via the boot camp classes or through personal 1-2-1 training tailored to your needs and wantsI can’t recommend Allen, Chris and Learn to Lift highly enough!

Bootcamp is a great class if you want to start to learn how to enjoy the gym and training - it is suitable for all beginners and those who want to try something different, improve their strength both physically and mentally. Chris and Allen are great trainers who consistently encourage you to do better. They tailor the workouts to your needs to ensure you improve every week. It's amazing what a community they have managed to build! I have made great friends attending this class and improved my fitness!

Allen and Chris are really lovely guys that will make you feel welcome and comfortable. I had mad anxiety about doing weight training but it’s nothing like I expected. They are knowledgeable, supportive and will make sure you are doing things right. Can’t recommend it enough.

Learn to lift is absolutely amazing. They have transformed my attitude towards training and I have been rewarded by continuously getting fitter and stronger. I look forward to each training session as they are so friendly, welcoming and very motivational. The training programmes are set to make progression and by closely tracking your lifting you are kept on track and have a sense of success every time you train. Cannot speak highly enough of Learn to Lift!! An excellent bootcamp in Glasgow.

Learn To Lift Training
Highly recommend Learn to Lift in Glasgow. I’ve been coming to bootcamp for about six months now. I started with no weightlifting experience whatsoever and I’m amazed at the progress I’ve made. Allen and Chris know their stuff and keep us right in terms of technique and progression. I was nervous about going along to a weightlifting gym but I shouldn’t have been. The guys have created a very friendly, supportive environment and I’d encourage others to give it a go.

Learn To Lift Training
Learn to lift training has been the best experience for me! I joined after serious illness, at a point where I was physically very weak. A year of training with Allen and Chris and I was lifting 10x what I was prior. I have grown in confidence and in strength. Their focus on technique means that I have never injured myself and have managed to consistently progress in my lifts. I can’t thank them enough for providing such great coaching.
