Feel like this place has dropped a little this year I used to go at least once a week just for the salt and pepper wings but they do not seem as nice anymore also the sauces seem abit difrent I can't find d one that I like prices have increased also

Ordered 2 big salt and pepper chicken boxes and they were disgusting, all the chicken was like stringy jelly, my partner is currently being sick from it, and I feel so sick myself. Rang the place to tell them and no refund was offered. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

First time of ordering - extremely impressed! Restaurant quality food and very different from other Chinese takeaways. Reminded me of my first experience of Chinese food in Nottingham in the mid-1960s (on Arkwright Street).

The food here is amazing so fresh and tasty it’s the best Chinese in Nottingham we ordered salt and pepper chicken, veg chowmein and chicken chowmein! 100% recommend I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls with egg fried rice and some chai spring rolls on the side. The spring rolls were dripping with oil and the inside was frozen! The rice was unfortunately flavourless and disappointing aswell

Not sure if it was due to them being busy or normal (sat 5pm)Girl taking order was very rude, if people aren't your thing don't work out frontUnable to eat the food, it was cold, sauce so watery it had no taste, spare ribs were so tough, looked like they had been deep-fried, what little meat was on them couldn't get it off, to top it off there was hair in my food, really disappointed with experience

My husband and I bought takeaway from Red Hat today for the very first time and we were quite impressed.The menu is extensive, the prices are reasonable, the portion sizes are generous, the food was both hot and tasty, the staff were friendly, and the food was ready reasonably quickly.We recently moved into the area and will definitely order from Red Hat again.
