Terrible quality of care experienced in recent months. GP on two separate occasions failed to read the notes sent over by my midwife and prescribed me the same antibiotics I am resistant to twice. When I did get prescribed a different one, after it didn’t help the problem the first time round, they refused to offer me an alternative method of treatment and insisted I try the exact same thing for the exact same duration again. I couldn’t believe it and neither could my midwife or pharmacist.Also, in September I had a blood test and was told the doctor would call me back with you results, I didn’t get a call back. Called through to ask for them again and was told the doctor would definitely get back to me the second time round then still didn’t get a call back. This GP surgery has gone down hill and I will be looking for another.

I have been with this doctors all my life. 30 years. This doctors is really good. I always get appointments/ telephone consultations. They always make me feel better and most of all supported. It is always easy to book in and to be seen. They are friendly doctors and have a great knowledge. Really helpful lovely people i feel the need to review as their service is top notch. thank you for your amazing continued service xx

Brilliant surgery. Have been registered with them since a child and honestly not a bad word to say about any of the staff. Wendy at the reception is an absolute Gem. Turn around time for repeat prescriptions can some times be within hours. Always facilitate appointments either for myself or my parents, grandparent and every great grandparents. Highly recommend this practice and all the doctors there are very methodical and thorough.

The nurses and Dr Muniyappa are this surgeries saving grace.. As for the rest of the staff, well let's just say they leave a lot to be desired. I have left this surgery more often than not feeling as if I've taken a step backwards.. specially during covid-19 being pregnant with repeated infections. I have been treated pretty much by the receptionists who seem to be running a messanger service for the GP's. You ring and speak to receptionist. They relay message back to the Dr. A few hours later you get a half baked response and that's that.. absolutely shocking! There are one or 2 very nice receptionists and then there is Wendy, I have never left a conversation with her feeling anything but upset and fustrated. Very judgemental and harsh.

Really helpful. Perhaps getting a quick appointment is not easy to get but doable if you phone at the right time (they'll tell you when). The doctors do seem to care and you're not just a number. Probably most doctors are difficult to get a quick appointment easily, if I think about it logically. My previous doctors did not seem to care as much as these guys, so overall I am happy.

I have been registered with this surgery for many years and cannot fault their service. Dr AS.Suri is our family doctor and he is a wonderful man. Receptionists and nurses are helpful and polite. Three new family members have been registered with this GP and we have had great help from the doctors.

Excellent doctors surgery, doctors, nurses and reception staff have always been polite, professional and helpful. I've only ever had one bad experience here and that was with one of the doctors who I no longer go to so that was easily rectified. Remember we all have people that we don't get on with, just move on.Doctor Rebecca Suri is the nicest doctor I have ever had.

One of the best doctors surgery! staff and doctors are the best! Hats off to all the staff working there excellent service and the doctors are simply amazing at thier job.

The doctors nurse and receptionist seen lovely I have no fault with the staff.It's how to get an appointment!You spend half an hour online filling in a form where it is click here, click there and the option are often irrelevant. So meaning you have to tell a few white lies to get an appointment.Also at the end of filling in the form your send a message when the G.P will call back which can be at any time during the day.It doesn't allow you to plan or prepare your self, even when your at work or at home with family it's the inappropriate time and place to take a call the meaning Private and Confidential is lone gone.

You can only book appointments online, and they refuse to book you an appointment over the phone. I am a carer and work full time, i came to see my doctor due to pains in my joints and that I became very anxious and depressed. The doctor looked at my belly (young Mr doctor Suri) and said straight out theres nothing wrong with me, i was just I'm fat, and I should go on holiday.....!!! Stay away from these doctors, they are truly vile
