bought a karcher powerwasher from argos, having used it several times it didn't work properly,so i took it back to argos (it was still under warranty) the staff at argos didn't want to know they fobbed me off with a helpline number after trying for days to get the machine sorted via the unhelpful helpline i decided to take machine to dispo (karcher sale / repair center) and ask could they try and sort it under warranty as the helpline was messing me about, the person i explained my frustrating situation to was a lady called Elaine,she was a proper diamond --understanding exactly what i was explaining to her,she took my details /reciept/etc and followed up with the warranty,even more was the machine was ready to be collected two days later,something i expected argos to do as they sold me the machine,so to avoid any hassle when buying a powerwasher i would recommend buying from the people who actually care, 10/10 to dispo, lesson learned!
