Genuinely terrible. Never get the order right or on time. Have only sent a text to confirm the order is in a handful of times. Have provided me with another customers prescription before. Multiple times have seen staff pick up and slam down the phone rather than answering it - which considering this is in regards to people potentially lifesaving medication is utterly pathetic. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Called the pharmacy 5 times in 15 minutes and nobody answered, was after their break also so no excuses. Was for an emergency inhaler for my child. Shocking service.

Stood waiting for over a 14 minutes, I kept an eye on the watch. While no one on the queue, 2x I asked a member a of staff that told me would be with me in a second then when to put something away and stood talking to a m other member of staff. Don’t mind waiting when they busy but this was just poor custou service

Just an awful pharmacy, slow and inefficient, when I mentioned this I was told they were having a high turnover of pharmacists and things would get better, it never did so I changed pharmacy.

Terrible service . Its quite normal for you to hang around for over an hour waiting for them to dispense a script which they will never do in advance until you queue up and ask for it ( several times might I add ) . The staff team have zero empathy and are very matter of fact at just how terrible their service is . Ive even had medication where the strength on the box doesnt match the script or the label. Avoid at all costs . You have been warned .
