Red Tours and Jay was absolutely amazing! Booking the tour was very seamless and the whole experience was beyond by family and I expectations. Everything was done in a timely manner and didn’t have any issues at all. The bus, tour guides, hotels and everything was great. The tour was very good once it started. It was to start on the day we reached Paris. All the tour participants were to reach Paris airport before 3.00pm on the scheduled date for the tour to start. This did not happen and we landed up having unplanned free time in Paris. Fortunately there was a mall close to the Hotel where we happened to spend the evening. This was not intimated to us by Mumbai contact person co ordinating for red tour. We were also not happy with the services provided by a company called STAMP MY VISA recommended by Mumbai contact again. The only service they provided was filling the Visa form which was a child's play for any educated person. We felt cheated for the money they charged as against their service and refusal for passport pickup from consulate after the visa came through (Neither did they submit my passport as we were needed to present ourselves in person for visa formalities.) There could have been better coordination from their Mumbai office. The plus point was we got very good response from Zarir in London office. The tour Director who needs a special mention Mr. Mehendosh Daruwala who was par excellence in his service and knowledge. He managed to cover up the half day lost in Paris. Overall the experience was a memorable one and as we had imagined.

Just returned from a trip to Maderia with Red Tours. I have to say they were excellent. From the driver of our coach to the tour guide and tour director, they all were very good at their jobs. The tour guide had information about Maderia on the tips of his fingers and was able to answer any questions thrown at him. The iternery was good and we saw all the main points. The staff were all polite, helpful and very friendly. Had a great time. And yes, will certainly travel with them again.

Highly recommend Red Tours. The stay, food, comfort was brilliant and definitely value for money. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and we got to see some really good places in Europe. Overall experience was amazing. We will come back for another tour with Red Tours for sure.

We went Switzerland in June 2017 with Red Tours. I must say that it was very much relaxing and very well planned holiday. Every meal was with different options as well as all were Indian. Our tour guide was so much friendly and the car that we were given for sightseeing was only for our family and was very comfortable. But the best thing was the location of our hotel. The balcony of our hotel room made us feel that we are standing in the lap of white snowy mountains of Alps.

My husband and I planned a visit to France in July 2017. I contacted RED Tours to help me with a Tour package. Unfortunately, their group tour dates and our travel dates did not match so we were unable to join any group. However, in spite of this, they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to advise and guide us. They helped us with the VISA application and gave us detailed information and tips with regard to hotels, food and sightseeing. They helped us find accommodation and assisted us with visiting the attractions and with other services. This helped a great deal in fine tuning our trip. I would not hesitate in recommending Red Tours !!

Our 3 Days tour (Belgium - Holland) was Excellent Experience with Red tour. Everything was just Perfect. I would highly recommend to everyone. The Tours Managers Mr Dinshaw Bilimora he was a Highlight of the tour. He is just amazing he entertained us with Jokes and Songs During the Journey and we just could not stop laughing. If anyone looking to plan their Tours then Red tour is the answer they know their job well
