Fairley's Culinary Academy
We had a fantastic night last night at the curry cookery night.We learned so much that we will definitely be practicing at home.Nick was real fun and had an easy way which helped us to understand how to and not yo make a great curry. We got to eat what we made and it was delicious. We will definitely be back for another class. Thanks so much Nick it was truly an enjoyable experience.

Excellent workshop. Nick was very thorough, putting everyone at ease and explaining everything step by step. The curry I cooked was the best I have ever cooked. As he would say it was banging. If you are a curry lover I would definitely recommend a visit. You will be amazed how relatively easy it is to make a great curry by following his method.

Great experience on how to cook a restaurant curry. Starter and two mains were delicious. We had a good group and it was laughs all the way! Nick was a great tutor.

Great course, you learn a lot and you’ll end up confident to cook a curry. What was hard is the stirring, all you hear is don’t stir, didn’t realise it makes a difference, had a good laugh too. Definitely recommend attending

Fantastic lesson at Fairleys Culinary Academy. Nick is a fabulous teacher and keeps you engaged and interested at all times. He makes you feel extremely welcome and it’s like cooking with a friend.
