Initial impression with Nico and Tracy very good. However on the day the jobs were done Phil tried to bully me simply i believe because I'm a 69 year old disabled lady whose husband is seriously ill in hospital. He chose the wrong person to try and bully onto having a complete new heating system and oil tank. Sadly he may find his next victim not as able to fight back.

Sutton’s has been looking after my household heating and plumbing for about 15 years now. When I first called on them, they were the only ones who managed to diagnose my faulty boiler (others had tried and failed). They recently replaced my central heating boiler with a much better one, and I have never seen such neat and professional work (a lot of new piping was needed ). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are totally trustworthy and professional.

Sadly due to the pandemic I was a little behind in having servicing for my boiler done, I had Suttons come and have a look after I started having problems with my boiler. He explained the problem to me quite thoroughly, the seal on the burner was worn and leaking condensate inside the boiler. Oops. They sent me a quote for the repair. They came back “the next day” with the parts and got me back up and running. I was so grateful as it has been quite cold recently and I feel the cold. Thank you so much for your prompt service.
