Avoid this solicitors for Child Access cases - had to change solicitors AWAY from these due to what I can only describe as incompetence and showing absolutely no backbone or desire to win a case.In my personal experience with this company they are happy to nod their heads at all the other (bigger) companies in the area and sit, stay and roll over on demand, at these companies request - but happy to take your money, make countless communication errors and not show any accountability for their own (proven) mistakes.If you actually have a case and want them to listen to you rather than just assume its just like all the rest" then once again

David Satchell was the solicitor who handled my late Aunt's Will early in 2023.As a beneficiary of my Aunt's estate i was kept informed of the process throughout with letter,email and pdf documents dispite not living in the area.If i had any issues i was able to email and David was always prompt,professional and precise with his replies.In addition,once the total sum of the beneficiary was determined the bank transfer was swiftly carried out by Maria Brooks,bringing the whole process to a very satisfactory conclusion.

They dealt with a residential flat purchase (that had some quite tricky situations to negotiate) very quickly and very professionally. Excellent communications at all times too.
