Very pleased with Pont & Lyall's management style. They work quickly and cooperatively to resolve various issues within the block. Recently they were quick to ensure the locks were changed with keys cut after a possible security breach which made myself and the other residents feel much safer. Would definitely recommend!

So far so good with Pont & Lyall. They came in following an awful experience with our previous managing agent and set everything straight quickly. We are now 3 months in and they handled our external redecoration at short notice, as well as a tricky handover with the previous company, and I’ve been really impressed with their speed and clear communication. Fingers crossed this turns out to be a long and successful partnership!

What would make Pont & Lyall even better is for the company to have contractors already at hand so all the needs of a property can be promptly met.
