Lift 4 Less

I would give them zero stars but unfortunately I have to give them one.Simply put, do not buy a forklift from this bunch of idiots. We purchased a Bendi that supposedly had been refurbished before it was sent to us. It arrived about 3 weeks later than originally promised after we chased them for it. If it had been serviced then they were clearly clueless on how to do it.The brakes didn't work properly, the hand brake sticks on, the forks shudder when your come down from anything above 7 feet, the truck goes faster backwards than forwards as they got the software wrong, the battery had voltage issues.....They sent someone out to look at the battery only when it started smoking during use. That only happened after many, many phone calls.I got on first name terms with Steven I've rang him so often since. Nice guy but completely useless. Will promise to ring you back - he won't. Will make promises that he'll speak to the lads in the warehouse and arrange something - he won't.They did at one point send an independent company out to fix a crack in the hydraulic pipes but didn't bother to have them fix anything else. They also then fell out with them because they told us how serious the battery fault was.I pretty much rang them every week for months in the hope of getting some sort of resolution. Eventually we reached the next LOLER for the truck and are just paying a company to put everything right for us - will end up costly well over £1000.Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of these guys.

Bought a forklift from them. Delivered the next day. Had a couple of problems during the warranty period. They came out straight away and sorted it out.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER.DELAYED IN DELIVERY LIKE 4 WEEKS.CHARGER SENT WITH FORKLIFT FAULTY.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.ITS LOOK LIKE THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY 1 PERSON.WHEN HE IS OUT NO ONE RECEIVE THE CALL. NOW I AM CALLING FOR ENGINEER TO ARRANGE FOR FAULTY MACHINE ''NO ONE ANSWER THE CALL NOW''.SCAMMER

If i could give 0 starts i would. Useless see you next Tuesdays. Ordered a forklift, delayed delivery. Faulty fork lift... no response at all from the office. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT USE Lift 4 Less - Warning!!Bought a truck and within the warranty period it had faults when it arrived, it then developed more faults. They constantly ignored phone calls and e-mails, we then pretended to be a new customer ringing from a different number and they answered immediately!! They finally came out and made a temporary fix by overriding the safety mechanism as was the only way to get it to work and were to order new parts. That was the last we have heard from them as now ignoring calls and e-mails again.Absolutely shocking behavior, absolutely zero service and potentially dangerous, you cannot actually put zero stars unfortunatelyDO NOT USE THEM!!!!
