Bob & Berts Lancaster
Our first time in a Bob and Bert's and it certainly didn't disappoint. Very quirky interior and relaxed atmosphere inside. Menu had plenty of choice and the dishes were cooked well and presented nicely as well. Staff were attentive and hardworking. Very filling meals and looking forward to visiting our new local branch when next in town.

Recommended to try the cakes. Good selection, but no prices on any of them! Service was good and quick and the refreshments were all enjoyable. Found the upstairs washrooms, not very well signed and between a staff only area and kitchen food store.

Disappointing - what a pathetic breakfast. £8.95 for two vegan sausages, two slices of cheap white toast, one grilled tomatoe and a small pot of beans. Rip off - thought for the money, a better quality breakfast would be provided. Will not return.

Luckily I live in the first English city to host a Bob & and Bert's coffee house.The restaurant wasn't supposed to be open for another 2 days, yet on walking past the doors were wide open and welcoming customers.On entry we were greeted by a very friendly Irish chap, who explained how to order etc.The place is very warm and welcoming in its design and decor. Very well lit.The menu is surprisingly large. Enough so that I couldn't make my mind between the burgers, the dog's, the melts or chicken tenders!Having eventually chosen, the order process was quick, friendly and efficient.The wait on food was hardly any at all.The meals came hot and well presented. Portion sizes on point and everything full of flavour.Have to say that the whole experience went very well and surprisingly smooth for a restaurant that has just opened with everyone finding there feet.I can see a number of Irish team members overlooking everything. They're skiing a great job of doing so, as everything is running on point.Very positive first impression of visiting this brand. I'll certainly be returning again for some more delicious treats!

Absolutely love going here. It is a great family friendly cafe. You can just relax and enjoy your time without feeling like your being rushed out even if ots busy. Food is good and drinks are nice

Popped in for a large coffee and and my wife has a cup of tea. It's a bustling place and the hotdog and chips we saw a lot of people get, looked great.The 2 X drinks came in just under £6.50.

Nice coffee, cakes and meals. Food is lovely. My son enjoys their waffles and pancakes. I like the cakes. Tables are socially distanced and there are booths. The staff are pleasant and friendly. American style diner.Had a lovely veggie burger and chips. Delicious 27/10/21There are lots of plug points - booths have them, also the separate chairs and tables... You can charge your phone, or plug in your laptop, sign into the Guest WiFi and work/socialise online if you like05/06/22 Family Brunch. The food was delicious and great service

I’ve been in several times and there seems such a difference in the food each time. Last time I went for pancakes and paid £8.50 and was served two small pancakes ( they did come with bacon but as I’m veggie I asked for no bacon). I felt there was very little value for money.My son ordered a bagel and again for the price it just was not value for money. Drinks are great but the food needs improving or customers will go elsewhere.

By the looks of outside, it looks like a coffee shop. Was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food options here! From pancakes, burgers, hot dogs, breakfasts, cakes to loaded fries! you name it!The staff were all so super friendly, the food was quick and prompt and tasted pretty good too. Great stop for lunch
