I visited this because it used tobe Lous2, food was cold and a disappointment, cutlery was dirty, reminded me of why I shoul avoid all you can eat places. Waitress staff were hard work.

*Recommended to prebook your tables in advanced*We went on a Friday evening and it costed £18.99 per person and £3.90 for bottomless drinks. Overall we had a great experience here, it’s good value for what you get with loads of choice on the food and cuisine. Desert was also very nice. Lots of seating available, a little cramped but it was nice to see how full it was when we entered. A little bit on the pricey side but it’s a nice treat for every now and then.Staff were friendly, fast and efficient and there was always lots of food available, worth giving them a try for sure

This place is the absolute PITS. Had to post here as the facebook page has removed my review and disabled the reviews as they're THAT BAD.Sadly have had nothing but a bad stomach since being to this place. The place was unhygienic and crowded, dishes that had been washed and placed back for use were covered in olds bit of food, someone had dropped an entire plateful on the floor and had just left it until a staff member spotted it. The toilets were covered in toilet paper, no doubt someone had a bad reaction.The buffet itself was lacking, bland and tasteless, they didn't even have prawn toast! The dishes shown in pictures and online are not even there. The chicken tikka had fat running through it which I had to spit out, I have attached a pic so you can see how poorly made it is, clearly cheap ingredients and rushed, absolutely disgusting, not fit for dogs! The Carvery turkey was swimming in water. Naan bread soggy. It was horrific, I will never ever come back.I sent an email to customer services TWICE with no response. I have been to many Cosmos before and they were always superb, but this place is something else. Please save yourself the misfortune of being scammed out of £18.99 and go somewhere else like McDonalds, honestly.The desserts couldn't even save this place, dirty utensils to pick up cakes and the ice cream machine was broken. When asked if they were going to restock anything they just sighed and said they were busy?? Sorry but if I pay £18.99 I would expect a little more customer service than that!

Right, well....here goesSo attended cosmos last night with my husband 2 children ages 12 and 13, walked in to a friendly welcome and seated promptly. Immediately noticed how close the chairs and tables are, like you're dining with close family not in a good way when they aren't close family.We all got up to get our food after scrambling through the chairs. Plenty of choice granted however on my plate I had sweet and sour chicken, chicken tikka, omelette, turkey, chips, carrot and nann bread I would have got prawn crackers but there were crumbs left, I did loudly state there were none left to a staff member however this morning went rectified.I sat down with my plate of food, I have nothing good to say about any of it, freezing cold and tasteless. At least I had the chips to fall back on, right? Wrong! Freezing cold and 2 of them were raw.I divided to skip anymore of the savory so went to the ice cream with my daughter, machine was 'cooling' so the staff member told me who absolutely stunk of smoke, I mean he must have literally just finished a cigarette, fine but was your hands have a mint cover your clothes or something.Ice cream came out after 2 mins or so, I'm not sure what to say about it. Had a weird weird taste, my children wouldn't even eat theirs!We paid over £80 I wasn't expecting the world from a buffet but at least 1 plate of hot food and a serving of some decent pudding and I wouldn't be leaving this review.We wasted our money, we went at 6pm food cold and tasteless. A good few options missing especially cakes on the pudding side.Shame.

Came here cause you can’t beat a world buffet, saw the reviews and just had to see what my experience was like and I have to say it was good! While the food selection was the smallest out of any I’ve been to so far, it was all delicious and filling. The only thing I have to say is that some of the food did cool down quicker than others but other than that it was good.The staff were all friendly and were happy to answer questions, I did observe this from another conversation.The prices were reasonable as they were the same as most word buffets I’ve been to.Overall, I enjoyed eating here today and based off of that I don’t think that this place deserves its negative reviews.

An all-you-can-eat with large varieties from seafood, chinese, pizza, tepanyaki, indian, desserts with bottomless drink for extra £3.60 per person. Well, the food is not at the top of the world but still good for the price as you get the varieties and get to pick your own food and amount. Atmosphere is nice. Service is good. Time limit is there for around one hour then you need to return the table. Location is great just next to China town.

It's a great place. This Cosmo is not as big as the others I've been in but there is everything you need to try different types of food. The inside is looking very nice and tidy. The food is great in taste. The only thing I would suggest is to concentrate a bit more on cleaning the toilets. In general they were ok but the floor in the ladies toilet was sticky. But that's all- everything else was great.

I visited this all-you-can-eat buffet last night instead of giving into my kids demands to go to burger King, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The seating arrangement was very cramped, making it a challenge to enjoy the meal comfortably. The food selection was notably limited, and the constantly empty tray of prawn crackers was a disappointment for those expecting a standard offering.The duck, in particular, was overcooked and noticeably tough, detracting from what should have been a flavorful dish. When i thought I'd try something else i found that a lot of the chicken was pink and undercooked.The chef was smoking at the front door and wandered around the food trays, shuffling cold, undercooked food whilst stinking of smoke around young kids!Adding to the dissatisfaction was the demand for money up front and the price point, set at £20, which felt massively steep given the overall lack of quality. It's regrettable to say that this place falls short in various aspects, making it a less-than-ideal choice for those seeking a satisfying and enjoyable meal.The demand money up front must be to disincentivise customers from demanding refunds after breaking their teeth on rock hard nan bread.Avoid
