We visit Birds in Arnold regularly, the staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming. Absolutely fabulous tea room, food always fresh and tasty. Great atmosphere. xx

Rude staff and poor service! If you work in the service industry you have to at least not look miserable when dealing with customers and have a bit of patience.Also, not specific to this store but Birds need to do better to cater for more dietary choices including vegetarian and Halal options, or at least not look offended if asked about them!Food was okay, tea was great! But still not going back.

Absolutely disgusting and shocking, I am 3 month pregnant, and it would never appeared to me I will be treated with such a disrespect as today at this place, needed to use the toilet desperately and got told off for using the facility too long. I was intending to purchase few things after as I would not buy anything and use the toilet taking the food in with me, being violently sick. The moment I’ve heard they didn’t think I would buy anything, it really put me off not only from buying but even coming there again. All the ladies should stop assuming and giving dirty looks because they don’t know what situations they are, go and get proper customer service training as the one they’ve got is appalling. Their treatment made me feel even more sick then I was down their toilet. Will never recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Lovely Staff, fantastic manager, I can tell the staff are like a well gelled unit and work well together, that is credit to them and how the manager is with them. Lovely food also!!! A* and hope head offices sees this and gives them the credit they deserve xx

Take away, but great coffee, tasty cobs and elephants feet. Lovely

Lovely, great food and beverages nice clean environment with great, efficient and friendly staff a very enjoyable experience.

One can never crumble at the cakes that just missed the meringues they used to it was no good for my cholesterol
