So glad I chose a Pink Street to sell my house!! Kerry was so enthusiastic and the photos were great (I almost wanted to buy it myself!!) Had an offer on day one and actually sold the house within 2 days of putting it on the market. There are lots of other properties in the area that have been for sale for ages with other agents.Kerry was great throughout the process, staying on top of where things were and keeping me updated. Would definitely recommend! Photo of my empty house just as I was leaving!!

Pink Street have been brilliant agency to rent with. Special mention to Matt and Katrina, who have been fantastic during the tenancy, and also with the tenancy deposit dispute with our ex landlord.Very professional company. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend Pink street, and would definitely use them again.

Would not recommend.I recently used Soane Property Group for my property sale and want to share key observations for those considering their services:Communication Challenges: Consistently slow or non-existent responses to calls and emails, leading to avoidable delays and frustration.Key Handover Mismanagement: The keys to my property were handed over to the buyer prematurely without my or my solicitor's authorization. This was a significant protocol breach.Professional Standards: My experience indicated a deviation from the TPO (The Property Ombudsman) Code of Practice, particularly in agent conduct and responsibility.Resolution Process: Efforts to resolve matters internally were ineffective, necessitating external intervention.For those considering Soane Property Group, these points are worth bearing in mind. This review is based on factual events from my transaction to offer an honest perspective.

Recently dealt with Pink Street for the purchase of a property- didn’t know much about them before but the service I received has been great. Staff were friendly via phone and email, and Kerry (who showed me around the property) was respectful, honest and realistic about our options, which ultimately helped us consider our purchase and confirm our offer. Would recommend to other buyers and letters :)

First time seeing a property with Kerry and she was fantastic, she talked to me about what they could realistically do to help and even recommended other agents who might be able to help more. Additionally, was very honest when viewing the property and did not try to force me. Would recommend!!

Honestly could not recommend Alice enough, she was so helpful and consistent during the whole process of moving, even working out of hours to give us our keys and always available on the phone whenever we needed her, it was such an easy transition due to her help! Thank you Alice, you are the best x
