A brilliant job, thank you !!I arrived for windscreen repair (Scunthorpe depot) a few minutes early. No waiting, straight in. The repair was quick (only took 20 minutes) and is barely visible. Very happy!!

Shocking. Waited in a day, no phone calls no show. Confirmation Appointment time 8 til 1 to be told it was an open appointment between 8am and 5pm, 2 phone advisors 2 chat advisors neither were helpful, neither sorted the problem, neither apologised neither seem to give a dam.This company isnt going to trade for long operating like this, Brutal but honest.

Minor issue with communication resolved by phone. Turned up for appointment- fitters straight on to the job of screen replacement. Done in 40 minutes. All good. No hesitation in recommending National Windscreens Scunthorpe after the service I received. Prompt and efficient.

Terrible service, waited in all day on a Saturday with NO show, finally turned up 3 days later to be told new screen required. New screen fitted, glass everywhere and botton plastic trim not even clipped in! Shocking service!

A bit apprehensive to take my car at first as it's the first time work hasn't been done by Porsche main dealer. It was on insurance, they ordered me an OEM windscreen. I left it with them and they did a fantastic job. Great bunch professional and friendly lads.

Terrible customer service, fitted wrong windscreen when replacing, 4 trips and still not sorted and they've tried to blame it on the insurance provider. Most recent of many calls from my wife had one of the staff hang up on my wife after calling her a 'silly woman' for complaining when she thought she had put her on hold. One to avoid.

They came out within about 2hrs did a great job, within under half an hr to replace a full windscreen.I paid the full amount but I am getting a refund from my insurance.Would thoroughly recommend & would definately use again.I was a lady in distress as needed car to travel to see my daughter tomorrow & without these guys I would not of made it.Thanks guys.Bridget Grimsby
