MAYFIELD GARAGE

I’ve used Mayfield Garage (MB Specialists) on two separate occasions and must say, their courtesy and support is excellent. I also have upmost confidence in their competence too, in regards Mercedes Benz cars. They thoroughly explain everything and I wouldn’t bother with MB main service centres, if you can use these guys!

We recently bought a car from Nick that experienced problems a couple of weeks later. He took the car back to be fixed, gave us a courtesy car and even sorted us out with some roof racks so that we could continue working when the work was going to take longer than expected. We really appreciated his professionalism in doing all he could to help, particularly as there was no way he could foresee some of the problems that we did encounter.

What a lucky find ……November 2022 Mayfield Garage, East Sussex. I don’t believe in reviews but felt I would share my honest experience. I thought all Garages were the same, until recently…. I was mistaken, Nick at Mayfield Garage does actually go the extra mile. We purchased a used vehicle, and were literally blown away by the attention to detail, nothing too much trouble and as our first purchase from this Garage we did grill, everything that was promised on collection of the vehicle was done and More, one to one service, professional, consistent, amazing. We will definitely now be a regular customer, what a fabulous good old fashioned quality Garage, I highly recommend this unique little corner of Mayfield if you want a proper Garage. Thank you Nick and Sharon. Please never sell or retire.

Highly recommended Mercedes Benz specialist. Diagnosed and fixed a engine management issue, and an electrical problem that caused battery drain on my CLK 280 Cabriolet.

Hate to criticise small business but I would never recommend this place. I called up on Monday asking about a car I'd seen the day before, when the garage was closed. The man told me that he was away for a couple of days, but that he would absolutely save the car for a little while until he was back and I had seen it. I called again today (Wednesday) to see if I was able to come and see the car, but he didn't pick up. He left me a message later to say that the car had been sold... please don't assure people that you won't sell a car and then sneakily sell it when they haven't had a chance to even come and see it? I was working to your schedule mate...Thumbs down :(

Visited MBS (independent Mercedes Benz specialist) for an oil & filter change and to meet Paul - the owner.. Really friendly and knowledgeable - I will definitely be back when I need anything doing.
