Charlie (and more recently Gordon) provide security where I work. Myself and a number of my colleagues have been really impressed with the service they provide so I wanted to write a review. Not only are they on the ball on the security side of things, but they are just genuinely willing to help however they can and take evident pride in their work not just in what they do but even how tidy they keep the security office and the entrance areas they manage. The area of the building my team work in can be pretty isolated so they always make an effort to pop their head around the door and check we're OK if one of us is alone in the work room which we really appreciate. Another colleague was carrying some boxes and they offered to help out straight away when they saw them - just little things like that, they just make an effort. It's really useful that they are first aid trained too because before if any injuries arose you would be trying to locate a designated first aider but they are always available to assist now. They are always really friendly, courteous and smartly presented. I highly recommend this company for your security services.

I mentioned them that I am available only on Saturday & Sunday days ,still they called for interview and then said we need people who are flexible.Waste of time and petrol.

I have been a customer of Frontline Security 24/7 Ltd for a number of years. I use them for Alarm response. I have piece of mind knowing that I will get a professional service and my business is in safe hands when i am not there. Another bonus was saving money on my Business insurance. I have access to all the Directors 24/7 and they always give a professional service with a personal touch. A great company to deal with and have recommended will always recommend.
