There were 4 in our party. We all enjoyed our food. It is very reasonably priced. Lovely setting right by the river. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Easier to get to by boat, nice location on the banks of the river Severn. Great views of the river and some of its history and lineage displayed on the walls. friendly staff behind the cozy bar area, Food looked good with a long wine menu, better than some restaurant, probably more of a gastro pub, but I only stop for a quick half pint.

It's a really nice place, and the food was good (nice steak). We don't like chunky chips but there's no option. I give it 4 stars but will I go again ? NO. definitely not.If you go for a restaurant meal on a Saturday night you should not be served by a guy in shorts and tee shirt.Kids and babies in an evening restaurant is a big no no. If I want to wine and dine I dont want mothers saying gooChe goo Che goo all night, and kids running up and down. They said banning smoking would kill trade, it didn't, ban kids and adults with money will fill that place.

My family and l went here yesterday for Sunday lunch, 4 people had garlic mushroom starters and l had chicken coujons, everything was over cooked and very bland. We waited quite a while for our mains and they were no better, the fish was cooked way too much and the burgers likewise. This is the second time l have eaten here and things would have to improve greatly before leat here again. I must add that the beer was very nice

Located right next to the River Severn. The Hampstall Inn was renovated just over a year ago and looks fresh and modern. So far I've been there twice and both times the staff were friendly and the service was quick. The food was well presented with good portions and pricing on par with most local inns. It's located at the end of a very narrow road, but is worth the drive. There is plenty of parking but I would recommend booking at peak times as tables are limited. Highly recommended.

Great little pub, the food here was really nice as well. I went for the steak and chunky chips, everything tasted really nice, minor nit pick is my rare steak was not very rare sadley, this pub had some really nice ales and ciders on tap and good views of the river and a nice outdoor seating area

Forget about going for a Sunday Lunch. All the vegetables was uncooked. Was asked how our meals was and i told the waitress about our uncooked food and here reply was I will let the chef know. We are a group of 4 on a fishing holiday just 2 minutes away. Its there loss we would off popped in a few times for food and drink and spent a few quid this week but not after todays experience.

Went here today in the beautiful sunshine to sit overlooking the river Severn. The food was first rate, especially the triple cooked chips, 4 of us all had a great meal for under £44. Two meals ham, eggs, chips with salad, 1 fish finger sandwich (not the usual cheap frozen Birdseye) chips with salad and a beef burger, chips and salad. Waited a while for it to arrive but it was all freshly cooked so not a problem.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for lunch. Both came with the ends of a bread loaf. Not really what you want when paying £8.75 per sandwich. Tasted nice, staff friendly but could have been better food.
