They have been great start to finish, I have only dealt with Tina face to face and she is 100% the heart and soul of this company. I have dealt with others over the phone and over email and has been brilliant, professional but yet personable! I only stayed 6 months at this property but if I was staying in the area I would be using them again! Congrats to you and your team for the high standing level of customer service I have received! So far, it has been hard work with this firm of Agents; it took 4 calls for the phone to be answered. A viewing was booked and the details of the property promised to be emailed me. Over two hours later, the information still has not arrived.I trust this firm of Agents will take better care of their Sellers/Vendors as they need to improve on the Purchaser's side.
