I had a cracked tooth that had been causing me pain on and off for weeks, went to a previous dentist who just gave me a filling and sent me on my way weren’t helpful at all! I booked an emergency appointment here and they found bad infection at the bottom of the tooth so then gave me a couple of options but I asked for it out which they did no problem! I’m no longer in pain and can finally eat on the right side of my mouth , very good dentist and lovely staff

Emma was just amazing. Who knew going to the dentist could be enjoyable? This practice really is superb. The booking, the way appointments are handled, the way patients are treated. They take genuine care to deliver a service which goes above and beyond expectation and beyond the typical standard of care. The individuals and practice as a whole strive to be the best they can. They have delivered exactly that, the highest standard of medical care. I really can't speak highly enough for this surgery. Special shout out to Emma and Sarah. You are a credit to the surgery and a credit to yourselves. These two were a shining example of everything today's healthcare should be. Its really nice to see what healthcare looks like when they get it all right. Thank you x

I came here for a cracked tooth. The same tooth that this dentist worked on years ago. (The small filling they put in cracked and came off)They gave me a filling and sent me on my way. Even though before I came here I had no sensitivity, no pain, just a cracked tooth, I left with major sensitivity and being unable to eat on one side of my mouth.I told them about the pain, I came back and they checked it. Told me it was fine even though I couldn’t eat properly.I had to leave to work abroad. Came back with the same pain (a month later) so I booked another appointment with a different dentist in this building. He done the exact same thing and told me it was fine. I said it was obviously not fine and was still in pain.He then gave me a lecture on the different times of day to use “mouth wash” and gave me free samples of sensodyne toothpaste. Then told me he decided “not to charge me for this appointment” even though this obviously wasn’t my fault it was faulty work done on my tooth.He then said if it still hurts in another month to come back and they’d try taking the filling out but would charge me all over again for the work.Baring in mind this was around 2 months now I’d been in pain.So I went to a private dentist. I was there for 5 minutes and they discovered a hairline fracture in the base of my tooth under the filling. 5 MINUTES it took them. Now I’m booked in to get this issue taking care of in a private dentist.This dentist is not competent. Never have I heard before from a dentist that the reason I’m in pain is because I’m using mouthwash at the wrong time. Then telling me they’d charge me again for the same work they messed up already.I would really consider taking your business to an establishment that knows what they’re doing. Because if they can’t even detect a fracture in a tooth after 3 separate appointments... I dread to think what they’ve done with more complex cases.1 star because a zero star is not possible.Disgraceful.

Top quality practice! I went to Peter years ago, then (foolishly!) got lured to Hemsworth for several years. Got some poor work done then went back to Peter. He set about remedial work. He has now retired but Michael is super (and I believe the rest of the team are too!

Amazing practice. Went here for an emergency appointment after struggling to get an nhs dentist in Wakefield since I moved to the area. I found this practice really worth travelling to! Everything sorted and the communication was great throughout. Staff are lovely. They even took me on as an nhs patient after so will be happy to return ☺️

I was referred via 111 as a emergency NHS patient and was seen by Jack.. jack was very good at putting me at ease.. he took my tooth out and went through all advice and care before and after .. the whole process from going in to the room took about 20 minutes.

Great practice and all the staff are lovely with a relaxed atmosphere. Jay is the best dentist ever, she is so calm and lovely that it was a pleasure to actually go to appointments.If you are a nervous patient Jay is definitely the dentist to go to.

This was my first visit to a dentist after a few years of neglect because of my past experiences. I must say that the service I received was beyond excellent. I had everything explained to me and understood everything that was required to repair my teeth back to normal". The staff are quite wonderful being friendly and informative. Even throughout a lengthy procedure they were always attempting to raise the atmosphere in the surgery which did the job and I felt totally relaxed and confident in them. I now have a smile back and have Mr Jones to thank for this

I went this afternoon for a extraction with Mr jones, what a fantastic man, im very nervous and scared,he put me at ease. Did the difficult extraction and was all fine. Great staff, great service, would definitely recommend this practice. Keep up the great work. Thanks Victoria
