Would recommend this to anyone looking for a self storage unit. Amazing service. We had a container delivered with no pallets and 350+ boxes. They helped us find a clearance company who were able to move the boxes onto a pallets and Sam kindly then moved the pallets with the forklift to our unit. 5 star for the service.

Received 4-5 quotes from different suppliers and Lok'nStore was by far the best in terms of value for money. Great customer service as Christine is a true gem and Sam really helpful!Edit : My contract came to an end today so providing an update to previous review.The end to end experience has been great with no hiccups.The Swindon team provided excellent customer service. Stef, David, Sam and Christine are all very personable and I got to know each of them on a personal level. Excellent communication all round. Keep it up!

Great service, always with a smile! Christine is always very helpful as is the rest of the team. Good setup always enough trolleys ect. Much better than a previous storage company I used. Highly reccomend!

Welcoming, and helpful, Christine was amazing easy to have a good chat with and help with any account queries1 month later - Sam & David was really helpful Sam had polite customer service over the phone and helped me work out the best sizing and pricing.David helped viewing the lok up and making sure I had the right one polite and helpful

Wonderful storage company, so easy to book online and then get a space reserved. Also a massive shutout to the staff, especially David, who was so helpful in getting me a space sorted. Stef was also very lovely and very helpful on-site.
