I use this branch regularly to collect prescriptions for myself and my family, the pharmacy team are always so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful.I don't visit the rest of the store as often but have received similar service from there too.

This Boots has a Parent Room in store, with nappy changing area and feeding chairs (no toilet facilities). Great for parents as there's not many other such areas nearby.

Went for a flu jab. Staff very kind and professional. Offered covid jab at the same time. Gave lots of information and advice. First class service. Well done and thank you

Went for my covid and flu jabs today and the staff of NHS where very helpful and plesent to talk to. Boots the chemist, was very clean and tidy as usual and I will be going back to shop in the near future.

Went to the store, collected the prescription. Felt the staff in the front was bit rude when I asked if I need to wait, I was answered in rude loud voice the wait is 20 minutes. I smile and walked away and collected the prescription later. Figured out got the same prescription already home so went to return it. Asked kindly to the staff I have already got the prescription exact the same so is it possible to return?? I was told in a very rude voice from the same staff that it will go to the bin and there is no refund. I do appreciate the policy and do not mind not getting refund but the tone of the staff and the way I was told was not very friendly. I wish the staff could be more friendly and treated customer with respect that be rude and displeased as if I was doing something wrong to them. Very disappointed with the service.

I went there for a 'covid' injection, very polite and helpful, I wasn't there more that 5-7 minutes.
