Total waste of space AVOID I returned a item and was told I would receive a refund within 3 working days. After 3 days still no refund and now told they hadn't received it back even though I have photo & signature proof from the parcel company. They never answer the phone and takes days to get a email response. Shambolic avoid at all costs

I received extremely good service yesterday when I exchanged a Stihl Mower for a smaller version as being in my late seventies I found it too big to cope with. Amy arrived on the scene and she was brilliant. She took me through all the paperwork and the other mower types in the shop and I came away feeling very satisfied with my smaller model and the refund for the difference. I have had mowers serviced here in the past and they have always been excellent. I have no hesitation in returning next time I need another gardening purchase.

Lovely people to talk to, extremely bad customer service though. Ordered a tool, kept being fobbed off with later and later dates of arrival. After initially being told 2-4 days on delivery, in the end 4 weeks. Asked for refund, taking days to come through so couldn’t even order with another.

Absolutely disappointed with my purchases. Two orders, the first one, despite paying for shipping the next day, did not arrive completely, one part was sent after a week - a failure. But I (wrongly) gave them a second chance and guess what? I don't know, I paid for the shipment the next day and only received information that it was delayed. Why, how much - nobody knows! It's better to look for something stationary.

I had ordered a Stihl km94 RC-E, with two said to be in stock with express delivery. That evening I had received an email to say they didn't have any, and expected their order Tuesday. Which then changed to them expecting the delivery from stihl to be dispatched Thursday, with 2-3 days for them to receive it before shipping to me.What was expected next working day, ended up over a week to arrive, with multiple delays on their end. Not ideal when used for my business, to replace a machine that is currently being worked on. The timing wouldn't have been an issue had they been honest of timing from the start, so that I could have relayed the information professionally to my clients.Nothing wrong with the product, but if you're looking for good and honest customer service, I'd personally look elsewhere first.
