I first contacted Jamie as he already had excellent reviews and was a Worcester Bosch recommended installer.The reason for the contact I needed a new boiler and already had a very high quote to replace it, I reached out to Jamie and from the very first call he was understanding / listening and coming up with better solutions and recommendations.Jamie arrived on the agreed day on time and didn’t stop all day - and I must say I was impressed by his work (I’ve used other engineers in the past and the don’t come close)Jamie upgraded my system, balanced the heating and installed a nest thermostat, there has been no issues at all with his work.I couldn’t recommend Jamie enough for his work and his help, really took the stress out of the situation for use and did an excellent job!Jamie will from now on be my first call for anything heating/plumbing related!

Jamie did an excellent job replacing and installing a new radiator and servicing the boiler at our home. He was extremely professional and talked us through everything before starting works. He fully protected furniture etc beforehand and left everything in good tidy order. Charges we found to be very reasonable for the excellent quality of works. We will definitely use Browns Heating again and recommend to others.

Jamie and his colleague provided a very professional service and responded quickly to our call fitting us in at the last minute and arriving on time. Jamie identified our boiler issues quickly and dealt with them straight away so that we could get our heat back up that evening. We asked Jamie to come back and do our annual service and again we were very impressed. He had spotted issues that our previous plumber had not and rectified some mistakes so needless to say Jamie is now our go to for any household plumbing issues, especially as we have a tricky boiler that has flummoxed most other plumbers we’ve had in (Worcester Bosch large system). He also prices his work very fairly and is friendly and trustworthy. I have no issue in recommending him and his colleagues highly for plumbing work.

I had work carried out to initially fix a boiler, and later also to replace an old boiler with a new one. I must say that the response and help received from the plumber Jamie was remarkable. Myself and father had a very positive experience with helpful, courteous, and responsive communication, and we are pleased with the work. Helpful, professional, efficient service ... After we received an expensive quote from a previous plumber to replace our boiler we asked Jamie to come and have a look. He was prompt and efficient, communicated well and gave us good advice back up with the necessary safety regulations so we could understand what he was suggesting. He carried out the work as agreed and even sent us a YouTube link so to better understand the controls for the new boiler. He also fixed the faulty shower and I would not hesitate to contract Jamie for future jobs. His prices are also very fair and reasonable.

Jamie is a highly competent plumber and you can truly trust the advice and service he provides! Highly recommended and wont be dissappointed! We will be using him for our projects going forward.

I would actively recommend you to hire Jamie. Jamie fitted a new unvented heating system and removed the old system. His work was excellent.He gave a full written quote that detailed the work that he would do that he stuck to even though it took him a day longer than expected.He gave great advice from the outset and answered (the many) questions I had cheerfully.He is clearly highly knowledgeable but able to explain the work need to someone like me who doesn't know anything about plumbing. Jamie had great communication during the job and kept us informed of how it was going and any decisions we needed to make.He did the work on the days agreed and always arrived on time.He work is super neat and thorough. And cleaned up every night.He was thoughtful to plan the work so we were never without hot water in the evening which we were really grateful for.Pleasure to have in house doing the work.

A big thank you to Jamie for your excellent service in fitting my new gas boiler and two radiators.   Jamie came across as a very accommodating and professional person.   For example, the boiler was fitted on Saturday and there was a teething problem on Sunday morning.  I contacted Jamie and he responded instantly.   Jamie's work was clean, neat and tidy, nothing left behind after the fittings.  Thank you again Jamie for being patient, thorough, extremely polite and courteous.  I’ll definitely have you back for any future work.  Well done and all the best to your business.
