Been a few times now and always get served quickly. Only thing poor choice of hot food such as wedges and popcorn chicken overcooked.Staff friendly and helpful and always cleaner than most other Gregg shops.

Really friendly helpful staff, always good food with ample parking. The queues go down pretty quickly and there's lots of deals to be had, a special shout to Gail who helped me with an issue I had too. Check out the app for even more deals and savings.

I was served by a girl named Charlie today, I bought a bacon roll and a latte. She was quick to serve me and was polite and served me with a smile. The shop is always quite busy but staff keep it clean. I would recommend.

Great to have a Gregg's so close by. In a good location for commuters passing by and for students at New College.One downside is the small car park that is shared with a Co-op. Also, this is designed to be a grab and go place, rather than to sit in, as it only has a few seats.

This location is NOT enforcing covid protocols for their customers. The signs say max 5 customers and all must be wearing masks, but there were easily twice that inside, and only half wearing masks. I know their food is great, and it looks like staff are following covid protocols themselves, but nothing is actually being enforced, hence the one star review

I was served by the trainee today, Matt. I believe his training is complete, he's a class act. Polite, well-spoken, helpful, double checks your order, and wishes you well for the rest of the day.I'd highly recommend the Mexican chicken sandwich. It was very flavourful, I'd have normally gone for the tandoori chicken. However, this was out of stock, and I'm now glad it was.The card machines were very slow today, and the majority of card payments were declining. This isn't ideal for those who don't carry cash.

The place was busy, but the staff were fast and soon got the queue down.This Greggs was well stocked with plenty of choice.If you need good food on the go give this greggs a visit.
