We came here for a chilled lunch it wasn't a very nice or comfortable experience. These loud disruptive group of teenage girls were all swearing and running around a lot. The staff weren't bothered. The Lady manager wasn't very nice or helpful. And made our day worse what a rubbish day. my burger was nice shame about the atmosphere and the attitude. Caused me anxiety

This is one of the best Nandos I have been to so far. I would say turn up earlier if you can the queues are long it's first come first serve. Waiting time could be from 30 minutes to over an hour. The customer service is outstanding I went with my family we absolutely enjoyed ourselves the food was delicious.

Quick service with a smile. However, the food was cold. The quality of the chips? The pictures describes them better than I can.The rice was old and solid. We did not order rice cakes.This is unusual as most Nando's are very good.

The atmosphere is the best part, I was given what was clearly a small portion of chips - when I ordered large & when questioning the staff just said it's a large and walked off. Chicken took extremely long for a Monday evening. Being honest we were greeted well

It's perfectly fine for some good fast food. Nice chicken wrap and new chicken burger were both tasty. Great value and a no nonsense choice for a nice meal. It fed the family well.

We visit this Nando's in Mk for first time and our experience are good. We order 10 chicken wings with garlic BBQand this was the best chicken wings we had in really long time! The Garlic BBQ sauce is so good we had to put it on everything! Then we order Fully loaded chips again with bbq sauce and again amazing! Soo good. After we just got 1/2 chicken and sunset burger and both was good just the 1/2 chicken was little bit dry. We where happy with our food and we would come again!

It's was a nice experience at Nandos, though we have to wait around half an hour .. due to rush time. The food was good and we really enjoyed it. I suggest to provide bottled soft drink as well in addition to bottomless at a reasonable price.

not very good experience as menu was limited, loads of items missing but had to stay due to our kids being hungry. We asked the manager to add an extra dessert as a goodwill gesture and he declined. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
