Do not buy a car from here, my son bought a Renault Captur from Jack Telford himself and he has had nothing but trouble with it. The car has been in the garage more than he's driven it, excuses after excuses as to why it won't start and it is still not fixed properly. They definitely took advantage of a young man. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a supposedly reputable dealership

2nd hand Car purchases are always reliant on the honesty of the Seller. This Pensioner was really interested in a complete change of car style and purchased a Citroen C1. Alex Saunders salesman was really assuring, patient and customer focused, cup of coffee at hand, explaining the purchase process and good with my examination and my 2 test drives of the car. Really good to have 12 month Warranty rather than the average 3 months that other garage sellers give. A fault light appeared on my dash board which when inf garage two staff member swiftly informed me of why within minutes and it was so minor I just wasn't accustomed to this car. Happy customer. Feeling confident of any problems I encounter will be swiftly attended to. A good experience.

Went To Telford recently. Very impressed with the service. Very nice calm atmosphere. Ethan Burns the sales executive I was dealing with was very helpful. Answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Excellent service and explained things really well and very helpful

I bought a Citroen C4 Cactus from them in 2019 . I've always had it serviced with them and had an excellent experience . It hasn't needed much except routine servicing , but a couple of minor warranty repairs were done with no quibbles. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a three generation family business which no doubt helps .

I recently purchased a 2016 DS4 from Telfords in Carlisle.I have to say, the service I have recieved from start to finish has been excellent.I was collected from the trian station by Alex, I'd travelled 250 miles to view the car, it was in great condition. Super happy with my new car and I'd recommend this family run garage, and trust them much more than some of the large car groups.Thanks again Alex, salesman
