Man at the kiosk turned the punp off half way through me filling it up. Went in to pay and asked if it was broken and he said “that’s enough to get you wherever your going” such a bizarre way to treat customers and having people behind the till rationing petrol and losing out on revenue for no reason other than for the sheer hell of it. Genuinely the worst service from any petrol station I’ve ever been to and that is only the most recent encounter with how rude and aggressive the staff that work there are.

Daylight robbery tried to charge me £3.09 for a 1ltr volvic water, absolutely disgusting.

Pulled up to the pump to fill up. The guy called my partner over to the night pay window (even tho it’s 7pm). Said he had to pay first before we could fill up? Why did he make my partner do this but no one else? Not happy at all been made to feel small in front of everyone. Said to my partner he’s sorry for doing that he’s had a long day and should’ve been finished at 2pm so that gives you a reason to treat customers like that?
